Three women are facing criminal charges after officers refused to pay extra carry-on bag fees, sparking a confrontation that delayed a Frontier Airlines flight at Miami International Airport.
According to arrest reports, 30-year-old Nafeesa Dockery, 21-year-old Dionjana Cochran and 26-year-old Devana Cochran were charged with trespassing after a warning and resisting an officer without violence. Dockery also has to deal with additional battery charge.

According to an arrest report, the women were waiting to board a Frontier Airlines flight when an employee asked them to pay for an extra carry-on bag. A verbal confrontation followed and the women were warned that they could be removed from the flight if they did not comply.
Dockery told the other two women to ignore the employee and they proceeded onto the plane through a restricted area, the report said.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies responded, and a Frontier manager requested the women’s removal after their boarding passes were revoked. Deputies asked the women to leave the plane, but they refused and were given multiple warnings, the report said.

Authorities removed passengers from the plane before the women could exit. Dockery allegedly spit on another man during the incident, according to the report.
The deputies then instructed the women to put their hands behind their backs, but they did not do so and a struggle began.
