Like father, like son may be extra true in the May family…’due to winning a national championship with Michigan, Charlie says tmz sports He is exploring a career in coaching just like his pop/coach muddy!!
We met the senior guard as he worked the celebratory shift with fellow hopper Nimari Burnett Thursday at Raising Cane’s in Ann Arbor … and asked him what’s next after the Wolverines cut down the net against UConn earlier this week.

He explained that his playing days are over… and now he’s going back to school in more ways than one – he’ll be a graduate assistant at Georgia as he doubles his degrees.
Charlie – who also played at UCF – and Dusty attended Michigan in 2024… and just two years later, they brought home the trophy.
Basketball is in the blood – Charlie’s big brother, jackThere was also a college hooper… and his younger brother, EliWas the team manager.
The tournament was huge for the whole family… and Charlie said it gave him a “surreal” experience.
