Average gas prices have increased by more than a dollar since the US and Israel first attacked Iran.
In five states – California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington – average gas prices are more than $5 a gallon, the highest nationally. According to AAA data, states in the middle part of the country are paying the least.
