Today, Forbes announced additional speakers, new immersive experiences, and programming steps for its flagship 2026 Under 30 Summithappening in Phoenix, Arizona For the first time, convening the world’s top young leaders, founders, creators and innovators April 19-22, 2026.
Making its debut in the Grand Canyon State, the Forbes Under 30 Summit will kick off the summit with its first performance on Sunday. Ultimate Under 30 Sports DayFeaturing iconic Arizona experiences, including a hike to Pistachio Peak, a group outing to a Diamondbacks game, a pickleball tournament and a basketball shooting clinic hosted by Player 15, the event gives attendees the opportunity to connect with fellow list-makers and attendees.
Beyond the main stage, this year’s summit will include a series of new experiences and new programming stages such as:
- Under 30 Kickoff Concert: Kick off the summit with an unforgettable headlining performance from the multi-platinum, GRAMMY-nominated artist.
- Under 30 Innovation Steps: A space that will showcase 30 companies or projects of people listed under the age of 30 for the press, potential partners, investors and even prospective hires to see that earned them a spot on the list. Attendees will be able to hear talks and presentations from 200 of the Forbes 30 Under 30 listmakers.
- Under 30 City CrawlA City-wide crawl tThrough Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row Arts District – featuring stops at Phoenix hot spots, while also hosting additional activities throughout the evening, such as bowling and night-golf, that will allow attendees to truly experience the best of the city.
- Under 30 Graduation PartyHeld in an eclectic outdoor creative and cultural hub in downtown Phoenix, featuring extensive local art installations, innovative street food pop-ups, karaoke and more.
- less than 30 service days on April 22, in celebration of Earth Day, where participants will give back to the local community of Phoenix through several service initiatives.
