Plan B Europe, the London-based arm of Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner’s production outfit, has strengthened its team with two key appointments.
Plan B Entertainment, part of MediaOne from 2022, has confirmed the appointment of Maria Fletcher as executive producer and Charlie Silver as development producer “to support the development and production of projects in the UK and across Europe”.
Plan B’s recent movies and TV shows include F1: Movie, adolescence, beetlejuice beetlejuice, women talkingAnd nickel boy.
Launching in 2025, the head of Plan B Europe is Ed MacDonald, who said: “As we continue to grow our exclusive slate in the UK and across Europe, Maria and Charlie are two extraordinary additions. With their sharp editorial instincts and vital relationships, I am absolutely thrilled to welcome them to the Plan B family.”
Fleischer began his career at Origin Pictures before working in the UK development and production team for Fox Searchlight. She then became head of development at DNA Films and TV, working primarily on the feature slate, but also producing a TV slate primarily under an FX overall deal, including an adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro’s series. never let Me Go. Silver has spent the last eight years at Tessa Ross House Productions, where she has developed projects in film and TV.
